    Administrative Officer

    Summary

    • We are seeking to hire a dedicated and experienced Administrative Officer to join our team.
    • We are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive environment for all our students, staff, and families.
    • As an Administrative Officer, you will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our school, ensuring efficient administrative support and contributing to a positive educational atmosphere.

    Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the first point of contact for the school, handling inquiries from students, parents, and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
    • Manage school correspondence, including emails, letters, and announcements, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
    • Coordinate and maintain the school calendar, scheduling meetings, events, and academic activities with attention to detail.
    • Support the school’s administrative processes, including student admissions, record keeping, and attendance tracking.
    • Assist in the preparation and distribution of school reports, newsletters, and promotional materials.
    • Work closely with teaching and non-teaching staff to facilitate a collaborative and efficient working environment.
    • Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and supplies, ensuring the school is well-stocked and functioning smoothly.
    • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity, in compliance with school policies and regulations.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within an educational setting.
    • Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clear and compassionate interaction with individuals of all ages.
    • Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace) and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
    • A Bachelor's Degree is required; further education or qualifications in administration, education, or a related field is preferred.
    • A commitment to the values and ethos of our school, with a passion for contributing to the education and development of young people.
