Job Description

• Provide support to other departements to ensure a smooth office operation.
• Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times.
• Coordinating schedules, arranging meetings, distributing memos and reports and ensuring that everyone is kept current of necessary company news and information.
• Greeting and directing visitors, answering phone inquiries and handling complaints in a courteous, professional manner.
• Maintains a system for recording the use of expenses and petty cash.
• Coordinates and schedules travel meetings and appointments for senior officials.
• Ensures all office equipment is in good working order.
• Updates Fixed Asset Register.
• Organizes stationery orders, office supplies and ensures there is sufficient stock without overstocking.
• Follows up on orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Reconciles monthly utility statements.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 2+ years relevant work experience.
• Ideal candidate should reside along Ajah - Sangotedo Axis.
• Experience in Office Administration
• Possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy.
