Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the activities of the admin officers, support staff and security team.
• Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and devise ways to streamline processes.
• Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
• Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new equipment with attention to budgetary constraints.
• Oversee flight and accommodation for employees and guests on official assignments.
• Monitor costs and expenses and prepare monthly/weekly expense budget for the admin department.
• Ensure adequate maintenance of office equipment and facilities.
• Raise invoices, billings, and other necessary documents for the company.
• Liaise with all department managers for smooth running of the company.
• Ensure that all electrical, plumbing, air conditioners in offices and residence and other issues are addressed without delay.
• Act as a liaison between different departments and external partners.
• Provide support to senior management as needed

Qualifications and Skills

• Graduate of Business Administration or IT-related field is advantageous
• 5-7 years of proven experience working in an ISP or related industry
• Excellent organizational skills
• Work experience in rapid-scale environments, with a large number of field staff.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of the ISP industry and related regulations
• The ability to multitask.
• Solid knowledge of office procedures
• Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
