Job Description

• We need an Administrative Intern who will provide essential support to our administrative operations.
• This position offers a valuable opportunity for hands-on experience in various administrative tasks and processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general administrative tasks such as taking inventory of our products
• Manage and organize documents in physical and digital formats, ensuring they are easily accessible.
• Assist with planning and coordinating webinars, including scheduling, setting up virtual platforms, and managing registration processes.
• Moderate and engage with members in WhatsApp communities, ensuring active participation, addressing questions, and sharing relevant information or updates.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Business Administration, Business Management, Statistics Law, Finance or related discipline with 1-2 years work experience.
• Compelling evidence of interest in and commitment to the mission of the organisation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
