Key Responsibilities

• Manage day to day administrative tasks and maintain an orderly office environment.
• Handle client enquiries, follow ups and updates.
• Keep project information up to date and ensure client data is accurate.
• Support the team with scheduling, documentation and internal coordination.
• Track deadlines, deliverables and help things move along smoothly.
• Prepare reports, organise files and support basic HR/operations needs when required.
• Maintain a friendly, professional tone in all client interactions.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 1 - 3 years relevant work experience.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Experience with CRM tools.
• Ability to multitask and handle a fast paced work environment.
• Good writing skills and confidence using basic productivity tools (Google Workspace, Sheets, Docs, etc.).
• A positive, helpful mindset and a genuine interest in keeping things running well.
• Prior experience in an admin or customer facing role is an advantage.
