    Administrative Assistant

     

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage front desk operations: patient check-ins, appointment scheduling, and inquiries
    • Maintain accurate patient records and assist with billing and payment processes
    • Coordinate staff meetings and maintain office supplies
    • Prepare reports, documentation, and handle correspondence professionally
    • Manage and update the clinic’s social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
    • Create engaging content (photos, short captions, stories) to promote services and special offers
    • Respond to online inquiries and direct messages promptly
    • Assist with basic online marketing campaigns and community engagement
    • Track social media performance and report growth metrics
