Job Description

• We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with a variety of administrative tasks, including visa applications, travel arrangements, public relations maintenance, and dormitory property demand docking.

Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in English and Mandarin (Compulsory).
• At least 1 year work experience.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin (Compulsory).
• Strong interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Solid Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to work effectively with employees of all levels within the company, as well as vendors and visitors
• Experience is not required, but candidates who have experience in administrative tasks or related fields will be considered favourably.
