Administrative / Accounts Staff at S-TEE Schools

Location: Festac, Lagos

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain financial records and book keeping.
• Maintain student files and records.
• Handle correspondence between parents and the school e.g. emails, reports, etc.
• Provide daily support to teachers e.ggenerating letters, making copies, etc.
• Issue receipts of school fees payment to parents.
• Petty Cash administration of the school.
• First point of contact between visitors (e.g. those making enquiries) and the school.

Requirements / Required Skills

• HND, OND, First Degree
• 3 years experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with good time-management and problem-solving skills
• Be able to work independently
• Customer service skills
• Good use of office suite applications (e.g. word processing, spreadsheets, presentations).
