    Administration Support Staff

    Responsibilities

    • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the office and management.
    • Assist in preparing reports, documents, and correspondence.
    • Handle filing, record-keeping, and data entry.
    • Support scheduling of property inspections, meetings, and events.
    • Ensure smooth communication between departments and clients.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess an OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
    • Proven administrative/office support experience.
    • Proficiency in ms office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Good written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
