    Admin Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Admin Officer is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to various departments within the organization, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of daily office activities.

    Qualifications

    • Administrative Support, Asset & Facility management, Vendor Management Operations, and HR Support
    • Proven experience in asset maintenance and management, preferably in a corporate or facility management environment.
    • Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
    • Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
    • Attention to detail and organisational skills
    • Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus.
