Admin Officer at Begi Clean Limited

Job Summary

• We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Admin Officer to support the smooth day-to-day administrative operations of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage office operations and ensure efficient administrative systems
• Handle incoming/outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls
• Maintain proper filing systems (physical and digital)
• Prepare reports, letters, memos, and official documents
• Support HR functions (onboarding, documentation, leave management)
• Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams
• Any other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum of OND Business Administration or related fields
• 1-2 years relevant experience as an Admin Officer or Executive Assistant
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of basic HR and office management practices is an advantage.
