Job Details

• Oversee the daily operations of the Surulere office ensuring a minimum of 85% operational excellence. 
• Develop and implement efficient administrative systems, procedures, and policies to ensure smooth office operations. 
• Identify, adopt, and implement new technologies and tools that can improve work processes and increase work efficiency by at least 70%. 
• Responsible for the effective management of staff, by developing/reviewing job description, setting periodic goals and performance objectives, and providing guidance and support as needed leading to at least 85% of staff productivity.  
• Hire, train and manage new staff, ensuring an average of 70% productivity in the first 3 months.
• Develop and manage performance metrics quarterly to measure the performance of staff and track progress towards organization’s overall and strategic goals monthly.
• Resolve staff and external complaints and issues within 24 hours or escalate, when necessary, within 24- 48 hours. 
• Budget preparation: Prepare monthly office budget ensuring 100% compliance
