    Admin Executive

    We are looking for an Administrative Officer to join our team and support our daily office procedures.

    Job description

    The Administrative officer will be a Planning and Strategic officer managing and supporting organizational focus and goals. If you have previous experience, accretive and compliance driven with the right attitude. This is for you.

    Responsibilities

    • Prepare regular budgeting and expenses reports.
    • Custodian of office correspondent for both internal and external clients.
    • Advice and plan office organization.
    • Manage office supplies and place orders.
    • Other duties as directed by the CEO.

    Requirements

    • 1-2 years proven work experience as an Administrative Officer or similar role.
    • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft packages.
    • Solid knowledge of office procedures.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Job Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

    Must leave within Lekki or environ

    Age: 20 - 30
