Accounts Receivable Officer at Internet Solutions

Job Description:

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the receivables of all corporate and residential host clients. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

• Handle receivables for all corporate and residential host clients.
• Reconcile all account managers' files.
• Keep updated records of receivables and invoices, including newly issued and unpaid invoices.
• Make constant follow-ups with customers regarding payment schedules.
• Issue invoices to clients via mail, ensuring account managers are kept in the loop.
• Assess the credit status of each customer and make recommendations accordingly.
• Manage receivables efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Department Head.

Requirements:

• BA/BSC/HND in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Professional qualification is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Accounting, and ERP software.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
