JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Review and Vetting of all daily POD lodgement into the K-Logistics accounts.
• Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reporting of all POD reconciliations.
• Daily Reconciliation and postings of Konga online transactions on dynamics.
• Daily Reconciliations and postings of Konga Group (Konga online, offline, Health etc) transactions and posting on dynamics.
• Daily posting and Reconciliation of all Corporate client transactions.
• Asset Accounting
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations, and posting on Dynamics (Call Account and POD account)
• Capturing of bank charges
• Capturing of Bank Interest
• Capturing of Inter-bank transfers
• Capturing of transaction Charges
• Capturing of all Direct Debits
• Revenue report
• Daily Working capital.
