Our Client requires a Professional and Reliable Accountant to join our team and handle the Accounts & Internal Audit Functions.
Role: The Accounts Officer is responsible for gathering, preparing, keeping, updating & maintaining the finance & accounting records, Internal Audit functions as well as providing advice and directive in the Accounts & Finance department.
Responsibilities:

• Reconciling payment receipt
• Crosschecking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy
• Following up on clients about transactions and invoices.
• Maintaining and reconciling the general ledger.
• Auditing Sales and payment
• Monthly/Timely supervision of Stock count
• Reconciling bank statements with system report
• Preparing monthly audit report
• Maintaining financial records and  Ensuring proper documentation
• Handling queries related to accounts

Skills:

• Proven computer skills and proficiency in the use of Quickbooks and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent mathematical skills to keep accurate records and analyze reports
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to details in maintaining clear, accurate and professional financial records
• Ability to work within stipulated time
• Proven integrity with good communication, customer services and interpersonal skills
