Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced accounts officer to manage our company's bank accounts and record and analyze report financial data.

• Record financial data, analyze this data, and prepare regular reports
• Regular bookkeeping to ensure accounting is accurate and up to date
• Work with the head of finance in approving company expenses
• Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting
• Ensure each operational facility has accurate financial data
• Lead the company's relationship with banks and other financial houses
• Analyze financial data using Quickbooks and other accounting software
• Relate with external auditors and tax consultants

Requirements:

• First degree in Accounting, Banking and finance, Economics, or a similar financial field
• Postgraduate certifications like ACCA, ICAN
• Proven work experience in accounting or finance
• Advanced use of accounting software like Quickbooks
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel or Google sheets
• Should reside near Ikeja
• Should be willing to work 23 days a month
• Should be able to work on some weekends and public holidays
• Should be agile, smart, and deeply analytical
