Accounts Officer at Excellium

• We are seeking an experienced individual to manage our client butchery shop. The Ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, product quality, and team management.

Responsibilities:

• Oversees daily store operations, ensuring smooth running and adherence to company policies.
• Manage inventory levels of meat and other products to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Monitor products' rotation and expiration dates to minimize waste.
• Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share.
• Build strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
• Implements effective merchandising and display strategies to enhance sales.
• Monitors store cleanliness, sanitation, and safety compliance.
• Maintains the highest standards of meat quality, freshness, and presentation.
• Identify and target potential butchery shop customers within the assigned territory.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market penetration.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Analyze competitor activities and develop counter-strategies
• Providing a daily/weekly and monthly report to management
• Fosters a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Any other assigned tasks from Management

Requirements
Qualifications:

• Minimum of OND in Management or related field.
• Proven experience in supervisory or managerial role at least two years.
• Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Must be willing to resume immediately
