We are looking for a detail oriented and proactive Accounts Intern to join our Finance team. This role is focused on supporting the payables function, ensuring that all purchase orders, vendor transactions and payments are accurately processed and recorded.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately process and record all Purchase Orders (POs) within the ERP system.
Verify, match, and process POs as bills into the ERP.
Process and schedule imprest payments into the ERP system.
Reconcile processed payments and maintain the vendor ledger.
Handle inquiries and provide support to the procurement process.
Assist in preparing and filing tax remittances.
Carry out any other related tasks as may be required.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
0–2 years of relevant work experience.
Good understanding of accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Good organizational and time management skills.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
