Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily accounting operations and data entry
• Support the preparation of financial reports and bank reconciliations
• Organize and maintain financial documents and files
• Assist in the preparation of invoices and receipts
• Help with tracking and reconciling petty cash and expense claims
• Participate in month-end and year-end financial processes
• Support internal audit processes
• Perform other accounting duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

• OND / HND / B.Sc in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks is a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative
• Must reside in Ikeja or within commuting distance
