Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Assistantto support the company's financial operations, including accounting, invoicing, payables and receivables management, bank reconciliation, financial reporting, payroll, and general financial administration.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting and financial transactions.
Prepare and process invoices and monitor accounts receivable and payable.
Conduct bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
Prepare financial reports and support management with financial information.
Assist with payroll processing and related financial documentation.
Support statutory obligations and ensure compliance with relevant financial requirements.
Maintain proper records of financial transactions and supporting documents.
Support general financial and administrative activities as required.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or relevant qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1–3 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Competence in invoicing, receivables, payables, and bank reconciliation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant accounting tools.
Strong attention to detail, numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
