Accounts Assistant

Job Description
- Preparation of Monthly WHT and PAYE remittance schedule
- Attachment of Supporting Documents to all Payment Vouchers, Filing and agreement of supporting documents with each line item
- Daily filing of correspondence and update of files (LSIR, FIRS, Pension, Insurance etc.)
- Attending to retirement of Cash Advances
- Stamping paid on all Payment Vouchers
- Photocopy and scanning of Documents
- Ensuring that all staff members sign their pay slips and file promptly.
- Submission of files for Internal Audit review
- Any other duties assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an OND qualification with a minimum of 2 years work experience.
- Prior experience working as an Accounts Assistant
- Proficient with computer technology and Microsoft Office applications
- Good Time management and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail with ability to multitask.
