Accounting Officer at Provita Clinic

• Provita Clinic is seeking an Accounting Officer to support and strengthen its financial operations. This role is key to maintaining accurate records, ensuring smooth reconciliations, and supporting financial control processes within a clinical environment.
• The position also plays an important role in aligning financial and clinical systems, while working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile financial data between Medesk and Xero
• Manage invoices, cash flow, and outstanding payments
• Support inventory accounting across pharmacy, laboratory, and supplies
• Record and monitor operational expenses
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping and support financial reporting
• Collaborate with internal and affiliated finance teams

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2–3 years of accounting experience (healthcare experience is an advantage)
• Proficiency in Xero and Excel; familiarity with Medesk is a plus
• Strong reconciliation, credit control, and inventory accounting skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA) is an advantage
