Accounting Officer at Globalclique

Job Description:

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounting Officer to join our Admin / HR / Account team. The Accounting  Officer will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and providing support to the accounting team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter financial transactions into accounting software

• Process accounts payable and receivable

• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies

• Prepare and process invoices and payments

• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes

• Maintain accurate and organized financial records

• Provide support to the accounting team as needed

• Handle Tax and Statutory Authority Payments

• Handle confidential financial information with discretion and integrity

Qualifications:

• Diploma / NCE/OND in Accounting or related discipline

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures

• Experience with accounting software and MS Excel

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong communication skills
