Accounting Intern at Hexavia Limited

Responsibilities

• Prepare income statement, balance sheet and financial projections.
• Maintain project calendar and milestones.
• Ensure deliverables/milestones are met before or in line with their stipulated deadlines.
• Perform deep research and analyze data to proffer solutions for project deliverables.
• Schedule meetings and take note of all key resolutions.
• Ensure strict compliance and execution of developed strategies until a specific problem has been solved.
• Prepare strategy documents as may be required from projects including the development of a business plan, marketing plan, concept note, etc.
• Interface with clients on a regular basis for debriefing and data collection as the project may require
• Prepare reports and carry out project documentation.
• Manage, supervise and control multiple projects through their project life cycle.
• Manage and facilitate the flow of essential information among company team members and clients.

Qualifications:

• Candidates are preferred to be graduates or Corp members with first-class honors in Accounting. (This should be included in the CV).
• Being a resident of Lagos is a plus.
• Certification in Project Management is a plus.
• Ability to drive is also a plus.
• Technical writing skills is highly required.
