We are in search of an adept and meticulous Accounting/Bookkeeping Manager to spearhead our financial operations.
The preferred candidate should possess expertise in accounting and bookkeeping, a robust grasp of financial regulations, excellent analytical abilities, proficiency in computer skills, and outstanding leadership qualities.
The Accounting/Bookkeeping Manager will take charge of supervising daily financial operations, ensuring precision, compliance, and efficiency in all financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage all accounting and bookkeeping activities to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets.
Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement in financial performance.
Proficiently use Odoo ERP, QuickBooks, and Excel to streamline financial processes.
Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in accounting technology.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and senior management, to ensure alignment on financial goals and objectives.
Effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
Requirements
Possession of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA certification is highly desirable.
Demonstrated experience as an Accounting/Bookkeeping Manager or in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and best practices.
Proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks is a MUST.
Familiarity with Odoo ERP is a Plus.
Candidates holding an ACA diploma with 2-3 years of experience would be considered ideal for this position.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in accounting software, ERP, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Preference for candidates with CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certification.
