Job Description

• Financial record management:Organizing, analyzing, and maintaining financial records, including ledgers, journals, registers, and individual accounts
• Financial statement review:Ensuring financial statements are accurate and comply with laws and regulations
• Tax preparation:Computing taxes owed, preparing tax returns, and ensuring taxes are paid on time
• Accounting system review:Inspecting account books and accounting systems for efficiency, identifying potential risks, and ensuring they are up to date
• Financial analysis:Assessing financial operations, identifying risks and challenges, and making recommendations to management
• Cost reduction:Suggesting ways to reduce costs, enhance revenues, and improve profit.
• Auditing:Providing auditing services for businesses and individuals
• Financial reporting:Preparing financial reports, such as balance sheets and profit and loss statements
• Financial transaction documentation:Entering account information to document financial transactions
• Financial security:Maintaining financial security by following internal controls and completing database backups.

Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting transactions.
• Prepare budget forecasts.
• Publish financial statements in time.
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
• Ensure timely bank payments.
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, relevant work experience, and strong communication skills.
