Your activities

• Maintaining Accounts Receivable and Payable including invoice processing by ensuring timely and accurate recording of transactions
• Managing Reconciliation including month-end year-end close as well as bank reconciliations
• General Ledger Maintenance by Maintaining the integrity of the general ledger and reviewing&posting journal entries with accurate coding of transactions
• Expense Management by ensuring compliance with company policies and proper classification and justification of expenses
• Fixed Asset management by maintaining the fixed asset register, recording asset acquisitions and disposals, calculating depreciation, and reconciling fixed asset balances
• Payroll Processing including all local tax calculations and ensuring the timely processing of payroll transactions, salary payments, tax withholdings, and benefit or deductions
• Financial Reporting to Prepare and analyze financial statements (such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, internal Margin or Order Intake reports) on a regular basis to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
• Performing bank reconciliations to ensure that all transactions are properly recorded in the accounting system and reconciled with bank statements
• Analyzing bookkeeping data to identify trends, and opportunities for improvement. Providing insights to management to support decision-making related to financial operations
• Advance payment status and follow up payment for orders with milestone payment condition
• Check and advice on freight cost, clearance and delivery cost of orders and collaborate with Order Processing Team
• Actively participating in all internal/external audits and having deep knowledge on local tax and regulations to be able to give guidance to the entire team

Your profile

• Having minimum BS Degree on Accounting,BA or relevant departments from a reputable university
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance&Accounting department
• Advance level of Excel knowledge
• Payroll know how is required
• Understanding of local laws and regulations
• CPA certification is plus
• Having multinational company experience is plus
• Advance level of English is required
