Our client, a leading independent book publisher seeks a Company Accountant to manage all aspects of Company accounting and bookkeeping.
Reporting directly to the MD, the Accountant will manage the in-house bookkeeping staff and have full responsibility for producing quarterly and annual financial reports to the board, you'll also have management of supplier bought ledger, VAT returns, stock valuation and oversee the payroll and all other aspects of Company accounting.
The successful candidate will of course need all the relevant up to date accountant qualifications, and bring excellent previous experience as a Company Accountant and some experience of the book publishing industry (not mandatory).
