A Qualified Accountant with a minimum of 2-4 years + working experience is urgently needed in a Real Estate Company.

Basic duties: 

• Examine statements to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure that statements and records comply with laws and regulations.
• Compute taxes owed, prepare tax returns, ensure prompt payment.
• Inspect account books and accounting systems to keep up to date.
• Organize and maintain financial records.
• Improve businesses efficiency where money is concerned.
• Make best-practices recommendations to management.
• Suggest ways to reduce costs, enhance revenues and improve profits.
• Provide auditing services for businesses and individual.
• Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping      financial information confidential.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
•  Accomplishes the result by performing the duty.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Qualifications: (B.sc) in Accountancy.

Membership of Professional bodies is an added advantage.
