• We seek to hire an experienced Accountant to oversee all financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in accounting and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing financial reports, analyzing financial data, and supporting audits.
• Additionally, they will be expected to contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes to support the company's overall financial health.

Scope

• Audit financial documents and procedures, reconcile bank statements, and calculate tax payments and returns
• Provide accurate quantitative information on the financial position, liquidity, and cash flows of the business, while ensuring compliance with all tax regulations.
• Manage all accounting transactions and ensure timely bank payments
• Prepare budget forecasts and publish financial statements on time
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
• Comply with financial policies and regulations
• Manage income and expenditure accounts
• Calculate employee paychecks for each pay period and prepare tax obligations

Key Requirements

• Proven work experience as an Accountant
• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures.
• Previous experience with bookkeeping and a flair for spotting numerical mistakes.
• Hands-on experience with relevant accounting software including advanced MS Excel skills
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
• BSc in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant degree
• Additional certification is a plus
