Responsibilities
- Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Develop and implement accounting policies and internal controls.
- Supervise and mentor the accounting team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior accounting or finance role, preferably as Head of Accounts or Finance Manager.
- A minimum of B.Sc or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (ICAN/ACCA certification is an added advantage).
- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar tools).
