We are looking to hire an individual responsible for preparing accounts, budgeting and managing financial information.

Job Description

• Preparing accounts and tax returns
• Monitoring spending and budgets
• Auditing and analysing financial performance
• Financial forecasting and risk analysis
• Compiling and presenting financial and budget reports
• Ensure that financial statements and records comply with laws and regulations
• Keeping account books and systems up to date.
• Experience with accounting software and data entry
• Excellent understanding of accounting rules and procedures including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Advanced knowledge and experience of spreadsheets
• Ability to work independentl

  Desired Qualifications: The candidate Head Financial Accountant should have a BSc/BA degree in Accounting or Business administration, or equivalent business experience and 5+ years of progressively responsible experience.

• Preferred candidate: Should have worked in a trading or manufacturing company. Posession of professional accounting qualifications  is an added advantage .
