What You’ll Do:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including payroll, budgeting, and financial transactions. 
• Prepare accurate financial statements, ensuring compliance with IFRS and Nigerian regulations. 
• Provide insights into cost structures and support project budgeting and forecasting. 
• Oversee tax returns, financial audits, and internal controls to improve efficiency. 
• Collaborate with teams to ensure timely invoicing, payments, and reporting. 

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (professional certifications like ACCA, ICAN, or CPA preferred). 
• 3-5 years of accounting experience, ideally in real estate or construction. 
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and Excel. 
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian tax laws and financial regulations. 
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
