Responsibilities

• Deal Management: Review ongoing business deals and facilitate timely payments to vendors and partners.
• Cash Flow Analysis: Conduct regular cash analysis to monitor liquidity and provide insights into spending patterns.
• Petty Cash: Manage and oversee the petty cash fund, ensuring all disbursements are documented and replenished accurately.
• Payroll & Benefits: Generate monthly payslips and ensure all payroll-related data is up-to-date and compliant.
• Expense Tracking: Maintain and update the company expense sheets daily to ensure real-time financial reporting.
• Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial summaries.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Professional certification like ACCA/CPA is a plus).
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in accounting or a similar financial role.
• Tech Savvy: Proficient in Excel (you should love a good pivot table) and experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage).
• Attention to Detail: You catch the errors others miss.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: N200,000 – N250,000 Monthly (Net).
