    Accountant / Relationship Manager

    About the Role

    • We are looking for a smart, analytical, and customer-focused Female Accountant / Relationship Manager to join our real estate firm in Abuja.
    • The ideal candidate must be a professional accountant with an accounting degree.
    • Will be responsible for managing the company's financial records while building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent service throughout the customer journey.
    • This role is ideal for someone who combines strong accounting skills with excellent communication and relationship management abilities.

    Key Responsibilities
    Accounting:

    • Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping.
    • Must be a professional account with an accounting degree
    • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
    • Process invoices, receipts, payments, and reconciliations.
    • Monitor cash flow and company expenses.
    • Prepare bank reconciliations and manage petty cash.
    • Assist with budgeting, financial analysis, and audit preparation.
    • Ensure compliance with financial policies and statutory requirements.

    Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries.
    • Follow up with clients regarding payments, documentation, and transactions.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
    • Resolve client concerns professionally and promptly.
    • Support the sales team in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
    • Maintain accurate client records and communication logs.

    Requirements

    • Female applicant.
    • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
    • Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in accounting, customer relationship management, or both.
    • Experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
    • Strong understanding of bookkeeping and financial reporting.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
