Accountant

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, balance sheets, and income statements.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in line with IFRS/GAAP standards.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations; prepare and file tax returns.
- Perform internal audits and assist with external audit processes.
- Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business planning.
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and revenue to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with management to provide financial insights for strategic decisions.
Core Skills
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, SAP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and tax laws.
- Attention to detail and high ethical standards.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
