Job Summary:

Oyomesi Specialist Hospital is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Accountant to manage the hospital’s financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in accounting and financial reporting, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial records and reports accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and relevant tax laws.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable.
• Monitor cash flow and perform bank reconciliations.
• Provide financial insights to support hospital operations and decision-making.
• Assist in audits and prepare necessary documentation.

Qualifications & Experience:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Professional certification such as ACCA, ACA, CPA, or ICAN is required.
• 2–3 years of experience in accounting and financial management, preferably in a healthcare or corporate setting.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple financial tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
