    Accountant

    Job Summary

    • Are you a detail-oriented accounting professional looking to build your career in a dynamic manufacturing environment?
    • We are seeking a highly motivated and competent Accountant to join our team and contribute to the continued success of our organization.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Maintain accurate financial records and prepare timely financial reports.
    • Process daily accounting transactions and bank reconciliations.
    • Prepare monthly management accounts and statutory reports.
    • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
    • Ensure compliance with tax, regulatory, and internal control requirements.
    • Monitor inventory and cost accounting activities.
    • Support external audits and other finance-related assignments.
    • Perform other accounting duties as assigned.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
    • ICAN certification or currently in the process of obtaining ICAN qualification is mandatory.
    • 1–4 years relevant accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
    • Experience in the beverage or FMCG manufacturing sector will be an added advantage.
    • Proficiency in accounting software such as Sage Pastel (Page), Peachtree (Sage 50), and Microsoft Excel.
    • Good understanding of financial reporting, taxation, inventory management, and cost accounting.
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    • High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
