Job Description

Summary

Reconciling old debts, scrutinizing bills about to be sent out, maintaining billing records, inputting billing data, uploading, allocating and filing receipts, balancing billing records on a daily and monthly basis, etc.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for reconciling payments to ensure the accounting system reflects the correct transactions.
• Manage general ledger reconciliations.
• Manage account reconciliations such as bank, clearing, billings etc.
• Issue receipts to customers on receipt of payments.
• Perform daily financial transactions such as verifying, calculating and posting accounts receivable data.

Requirements

• B.Sc in Accounting, Economics or relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years’ related experience
• Must have strong numerical skills.
• Must have analytical skills
• Intermediate to advanced computer software skills, including Excel and Accounting packages
