Job Description

• We need someone who’s steady, detail-oriented and understands the financial rhythm of real estate and construction. Someone who can keep our books clean, our numbers trustworthy, and our processes compliant.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial records, ledgers and statements
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Handle project cost tracking, inventory and reconciliation
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
• Ensure compliance with statutory remittances and regulatory requirements
• Support internal audit processes and respond to management inquiries
• Liaise with banks, auditors and regulatory bodies when required.

Key Requirements

• Professional certifications (ICAN/ANAN) are an added advantage
• Minimum of 5 years proven experience in real estate or construction accounting
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting and budgeting
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and documentation
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Good communication and organizational skills.
