About the job

• The ideal candidate will be involved with preparing financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations, and conducting cyclical audits.
• Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess a strong business acumen.

Financial Record Management

• Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, receipts, and other documentation.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records.

Financial Reporting

• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Generate financial reports for management review and decision-making.

Compliance and Regulation

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and standards.
• Prepare and submit tax returns and other regulatory filings on time.
• Liaise with auditors during financial audits and implement audit recommendations.

Accounts Payable and Receivable

• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Monitor and manage cash flow and banking activities.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.

Cost Control and Analysis

• Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic planning and decision-making.

Internal Controls

• Develop and implement internal control procedures to safeguard company assets.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improveme

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 2-4 years Proven Work Experience.
• Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals.
• Prociency in Accounting Software
• Profiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
