Rayhaan University, Birnin Kebbi is amongst the newly (2023) licensed private universities in Nigeria. The University will commence undergraduate studies in the 2023/2024 academic session, with 15 take-off academic programmes approved by the National Universities Commission (NUC).

Requirements
Candidate shall possess any of the following requirements:
- Master's Degree in Accounting & Finance obtained from a recognized institution; or
- A minimum of Second Class Honours (Lower Division) Degree in Accounting & Finance obtained from a recognized institution; plus at least two (2) years cognate experience.
- In addition, evidence of Computer Literacy is mandatory.
- Possession of any professional qualification in Accounting (ICAN, ANAN, ACCA, CPA, etc.) is an added advantage.
- Candidate shall also be subjected to interview that may require writing competency examination.
