• We are looking for a qualified accountant to join our team. Do not apply if you hold no accounting qualification

Accountant - The key duties and responsibilities are:

• Liaising with clients via phone and email making sure all client queries are attended to promptly
• Performing all bookkeeping tasks for all assigned clients
• Completing all accounts reconciliations, making sure all accounts are accurate and up to date
• Preparing and producing monthly management accounts packs for clients including following up with clients for outstanding documentations
• Updating and maintaining accounts to Trial balance level for company accounts and tax returns completion
• Preparation of LTD Company accounts and corporation tax returns
• Preparation and submission of personal tax computations and returns
• Preparation and submission of quarterly VAT returns
• Assisting with completing relevant registrations with he governement
• Managing credit control activities for all clients
• Ad hoc work as required to facilitate operations when required
• Due to the continuing expansion and changing nature of this business, your job description will inevitably change. You will, from time to time, be required to undertake other activities of a similar nature that fall within your capabilities as directed by management.
