Accountant at Hanuel Homes Limited

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review requisition entries, pay slip, account reconciliations, accounts receivable, and financial variance analyses for various assets.
• Prepare financial variance analyses for various assets.
• Execute, distribute and analyze monthly allocations.
• Monitor and clear accounts receivable.
• Work with Regulatory Accounting on State and Federal Royalty and Tax payment compliance.
• Attend to Clients on the field.
• Act as a liaison between management and internal/external audit teams to support the quarterly review and annual audit requests.
• Support process improvements and optimize efficiencies in the accounting and reporting areas, including elimination or streamlining of manual or non-effective tasks.
• Assist with ad-hoc requests and special projects as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related degree
• 1-2 years of experience in Accounting
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Preferably female.
• System savvy and ability to work with different applications and databases, and at least one accounting software.
• Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks and meet short deadlines.
• Experience working in a trading system preferred
• Highly proficient in advanced MS Excel, google sheet & doc.
• Knowledge of accounting standards and tax laws.
