Accountant at GinjaBet

Job Summary:

• GinjaBet is seeking a highly analytical and detail-driven Accountant to manage transaction tracking, reconciliations, wallet operations, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring financial accuracy, transaction integrity, and data reliability across customer accounts, wallets, and settlements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily tracking and reporting of players/customers’ transactions
• Review and reconciliation of customers’ account balances
• Daily tracking and reconciliation of all wallet transactions
• Review and reconciliation of back-office financial data
• Tracking, reconciliation, and reporting of all settlement entries across both wallets and bank statement
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial data
• Identify discrepancies, investigate variances, and resolve transaction issues
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial transaction reports
• Maintain proper documentation and audit trails
• Support internal financial controls and compliance processes

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2–3 years of relevant accounting/finance experience
• Strong understanding of financial reconciliation processes
• Experience handling high-volume transaction environments (fintech, betting, gaming, or similar sectors is compulsory.)
