Job Description
The candidate will work in the Accounts department and is expected to accomplish the following:

• In-charge of receipt of payments, issuance of receipts and follow-up of subscribers for payment in-flows in-line with agreed payment milestones.
• Strict and consistent financial records keeping of all financial inflow, withdrawal and payments and strictly monitoring of the same to avoid any form of fraud.
• Manage the company’s records and books for stakeholders, shareholder and management.
• Reconciliation of bank accounts.
• Examine and evaluate the annual budget and forecast.
• Payment of mandatory deductions/contributions (PAYE/VAT/WHT/ITF/NHF).
• Prepare the monthly payroll.
• Preparation of a weekly management report; submission of an analysis of project management to the chief accountant.

Qualifications

• Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree or HND in Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of pertinent work experience
• Membership in ICAN, ANAN, or any other applicable professional body is a plus.
• Excellent analytic abilities and attention to detail.
