We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced General Accountant to manage daily accounting operations, ensure accuracy in financial reporting, and maintain compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
Prepare financial statements and reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, etc.)
Handle accounts payable and receivable
Manage bank reconciliations and journal entries
Support audits and ensure compliance with tax regulations
Assist with budgeting and forecasting
Ensure accuracy in data entry and record keeping
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Relevant years of experience in accounting or finance roles
Proficiency in Tally / QuickBooks / Excel (mention software used)
Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards
