Job Description

• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports detailing the manufacturing department's performance and profitability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze production costs and identify areas for cost optimization.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities related to manufacturing operations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies.
• Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation and explanations for financial statements.

Requirements

• HND / BSc. in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3 - 5 years of experience as an accountant
• Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for collaboration across departments.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Candidate should be able to handle all payable and receivables, keep authentic and accurate records, able to use Accounting Software.
• Must have experience in audit.
• Manage and maintain financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries specific to the manufacturing process.
