Responsibilities

• Financial Statement Preparation: Preparing financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assisting in developing and managing budgets and forecasts for the restaurant.
• Cost control: Analyzing and controlling labor, food, and operational costs.
• Accounts payable and Receivables: Managing vendor invoices, payments and customer receipts
• Payroll processing: Processing employee salaries, wages, and benefits.
• Tax Compliance: Ensuring compliance with tax laws, filing tax returns, and making payments.
• Auditing and Compliance: Conducting internal audits, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and laws.
• Financial Analysis: Providing financial insights recommendations to management.
• Cash Management: Managing cash flow, reconciling accounts, and ensuring adequate liquidity
• Financial Reporting: Providing regular financial reports to management and ownership.
• Menu Pricing: Assisting in pricing menu items to ensure profitability.
• Inventory Costing: Accounting for inventory costs, tracking usage, and optimizing stock levels.
• Assistance: You are to assist the cashier by working as a cashier to satisfy customer’s needs and this includes at night.
• Its a 24hrs restaurant
• Proximity to Ringroad is preferred
• Available to resume immediately

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 2 - 5 years of work experience.
